Here's some important information about our store and the shopping process in general. Please feel free to message or email us if you have any queries about the content below.

All items are either ready-stock or pre-order. Delivery days are during weekdays (working days). Weekend and public holidays are not included.

Delivery delays can be caused by a variety of factors, including logistics, supplier shortages, or when items go out of stock unexpectedly during your transaction. In these cases, customers will be contacted and urged to split the order or cancel the item that may take too long. 



General Product Information

All of our products come with a 1 week trial period. When you receive the electrical items, please test them several times. Your order's parcels and packaging will be inspected before delivery to guarantee they're complete and in good shape. However, packaging damage can still occur during delivery.

Based on different manufacturing processes of each kind of products, below are some conditions we'd like you to notice before purchase:  

Plastic and metal products

Due to manufacturing limitations, there will be inevitably some minor wears or tiny spots that will not affect the appearance of products as a whole. 

Fabric products

 Due to manufacturing limitations, the printing position may vary due to cutting/knitting angles and slightly different from photographs. Also, very slightly unstitch at the end of the thread and pilling on fabric are considered normal.

Ceramic and glass products

Each item shape may be slightly different due to burning or blowing process. It may also cause tiny bubbles, dark spots and uneven color from time to time.  Some products are not glazed at the bottom for anti-slip purpose. 

Original wooden products

Due to raw material limitations, original rotten marks, original tree rings, texture, and lines may vary from item shown in the photograph.

Printed and dyed products

Colors may vary in every batch of fabric which may cause slight uneven in printing and peeling/dyeing color spots.

 A 10-20% difference in measurement and colour is considered common due to numerous elements of internet shopping. All of the things are wrapped in a bag or box. 

There may be a faint smell of cloth or dye in new products, but this will dissipate after washing or air drying. All of the above are within the scope of international quality inspection norms and are not considered deficient.

All of the goods listed above are within the scope of international quality inspection standards and are not considered faulty. 



How do I purchase?

Go to each product's page and click "Add To Cart." To complete the transaction, input your information correctly while checking out.

Our site uses a shopping cart system, which allows for the unlimited addition of the same goods to the cart. You have the option of adding a different design or colour of the same product.

Delivery Methods

Ready-stock items will be shipped out approximately 1-2 working days after an order is placed, which does not include weekends and public holidays.

Shipping may be delayed during holiday season or force majeure events. In the cases when the items are in supply shortage or are defective, we will keep you updated. 

Hence, please make sure you enter your email address and contact number correctly.
